Having been recommended to provide a scheme for a two storey side addition located in Kemp Town Brighton

The proposed project took into account the characteristics of the existing dwelling and also adds a positive contribution to the existing street scene. The ground floor consisted of a garage, cloak room and breakfast room, whilst the upper floor consisted of bedroom,shower room, lounge,kitchenette and balcony over looking the garden

The architectural treatment and materials including feature brickwork attributed to retaining the character and appearance of the property. Detailed discussions were held with Brighton and Hove District Council in relation to the clients needs and Local Authority planning policies

The clients will be using the annex for additional family accommodation with the option for holiday letting during the summer months
