Having discussed your proposals and requirements, the next step is to arrange for an appointment. At the appointment we can discuss the options open to you, we will advise you if the scheme requires planning consent. It may require both planning and building regulations

Once the survey is completed, a sketch can be produced based upon your requirements. Time scale 5-7 working days from survey
