Building Regulations

This is the working drawing and specification package. These drawings incorporate the structural elements and specification notes. We will submit the application and drawings to the local authority for approval

Time scale for building regulations approval 4-5 weeks (dependant on local authority)

Exclusions: Our fees exclude the application fees, these are payable by the client. Structural engineers fees are also excluded, the structural engineer will be required for the alterations of an existing structure or the installation of steel beams. SAP calculations also excluded
