The sinclair partnership will precure three estimates from local accredited builders. This will allow you to make an informed choice, we can also negotiate on your behalf to secure the best price. The cost for this package is £200.00

Design and Build Package
We can provide a complete design and build package from conception to construction. A team of experienced highly skilled tradesmen will construct your project in accordance with the approved plans. All work is project managed from start to finish by the sinclair partnership, (no additional fees)

Project Management
If you have already secured your building contractor and require your project to be managed, we can provide an efficient service, weekly site visits to ensure that all building works are carried out to local authority requirements. We can also arrange the build stage payments and act as an intermediary between you and your contractor, to ensure that the construction work runs smoothly and efficiently. Fee dependent on size and complexities
